Standard duration (without weekends and public holidays):

• 72-168 hours, 3-4 work days (all large cities, industrial areas)

Necessary papers:

• Commercial invoice fourfold in English (one on an original business-paper), with company stamp, signature, telephone and tax number of the recipient, country of origin of the goods, detailed statement of the goods with price, detailed description and goods tariff number.
  
• As preference proof a movement certificate ATR, stamped by the customs office is to be submitted.
  
• Export declaration from a commodity value of over 1.000,- € ; from 3.000,- € a pre-clearance is necessary by the customs agency responsible for the sender.
  
• Only incoterm 40 possible.
• For some cases of customs tariff codes a declaration of non-hazardous goods is necessary.
